The management of the Hungarian Eventing Federation considers it particularly important to strengthen international cooperation.
The inclusion of the Hungarian venues in the Alpe-Adria Cup series also serves this purpose – as a result, our domestic riders can compete in a wider field, and the domestic competition venues can become even more well-known among foreign competitors.
For this reason, there is a mutual agreement between the national federations with the neighboring countries, according to which the competitors do not have to obtain a guest license for the eventing competitions. This agreement affects the following countries:
- Austria
- Croatia
- Romania
- Serbia
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
In accordance with our aspirations, the negotiation of the agreement with Italy is also being prepared, and it is expected to be concluded at the beginning of the summer.
It’s imortant to note that it is always the responsibility of the riders to check with their respective NF for the verification of the qualification and the granting of the start permit for foreign competitions.
